BULGARIAN TRADE MARK APPLICATION

I The name and the address of the applicant/applicants on filing
I/D The Trade Mark to be registered:
1. Word marks – indication of the trade mark.
2. Word & Device trade marks – a graphic representation of the trade mark (by e-mail)
3. Three dimensional trade marks – a two dimensional representation of the trade mark.		 on filing
I The list of goods and / or services in any language (one application can include goods and services) – in accordance to International Nice Classification, if possible on filing
I Translation of the list of goods and / or services into Bulgarian on filing
I Convention priority – 6 months;
State, date and number of the previous application		 within 2 months from the filing date
I Exhibition priority – 6 months;
State and date of exhibition		 within 2 months from the filing date
D Priority document – A copy of the first application or a certificate issued by the administration department of the exhibition within 3 months from the filing date
D Translation of the priority document (if necessary) within 3 months from the filing date
D Power of Attorney – Bulgarian Patent Office (DOC - 26,11 K) within 3 months from the filing date
